Use three teaspoons of tea in a small teapot (0.4l). Pour fresh boiling water over it and let it steep

Pure Wellness im Teeglas

Zwar bin ich kein riesiger Fan von Kräutertees aber den Wellness Cup habe ich immer zu Hause und bereite ihn mir gerne mal am späten Nachmittag oder Abend zu, wenn ich keinen koffeinhaltigen Tee mehr trinken möchte. Er ist ganz sanft und zart mit einem sehr angenehmen fast blumigen Kräuteraroma. Außerdem sieht er durch die Blütenblätter sehr hübsch aus. Genau das richtige für eine kleine Auszeit.
